What is EMDR Therapy?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched and effective approach to psychotherapy that has been shown to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias and panic disorders.

Can EMDR Therapy be done online?

Yes… absolutely. EMDR is available for online sessions and is as effective as in person.
